I am very excited to be offering both community education classes, and to have the opportunity to assist some upcoming continuing education classes for professionals!
Community education is a great way to spread the rich knowledge and experience of this amazing practice...and our fascinating bodies! It is one of my favorite parts of each session--engaging with clients in a helpful way that empowers self-knowledge and care!
