2+ hour session, including intake, castor oil pack (unless contraindicated), massage of abdomen, legs, back, hips. Self-care massage instruction. Possibly other areas of concern. Plan of action for addressing incoming concerns and findings.
Ancestral/Reparation or Low-Income Initial Session: Arvigo® Therapy - $125
Consider this option if you meet one or more of the following:
-You are of indigenous descent (to the Americas). You have already contributed ancestrally to this work. It is yours, so come receive it!
-You are truly low income so that covering basic needs is a struggle.
-You do not have a college education.
-You are not undergoing ART (IVF/IUI).
1.5 hour session, including intake, massage of abdomen, legs, back, hips. Self-care massage instruction. Possibly other areas of concern. Plan of action for addressing incoming concerns and findings. One low-income session/person.
Vaginal Steam--Stand Alone Treatment - $50
Fertility issues, chronic pelvic floor/vaginal tension or back pain, uterine or (some) vaginal pathologies, past trauma, painful intercourse, physical and/or energetic stagnation...these are some of the reasons a 'V-Steam' might be for you! Come in for one here in the office, and I can walk you through how to do them at home! Active infection, pregnancy and menstruation are all contraindications to this treatment.
Initial Pregnancy/Postpartum Massage - 90 Minutes - $125
We will identify how your body is adjusting to your pregnancy and massage away the discomfort! With a solid knowledge of what can and cannot be done during pregnancy, we can get into those areas of pain to rebalance your body, as you carry another! Includes work around the uterus for both you and the baby to allow more space for everyone to move (unless contraindicated).
Followup Pregnancy/Postpartum Massage - 75 Minutes - $105
We will identify how your body is adjusting to your pregnancy and massage away the discomfort! With a solid knowledge of what can and cannot be done during pregnancy, we can get into those areas of pain to rebalance your body, as you carry another!
